Who we are
The website locationmarrakech.online is run by PICK & DROP, a car rental agency in Guéliz (M6), Marrakech, Morocco.

Data you send us
The site does not ask you to create an account and does not store your forms. When you click “Book on WhatsApp” or “Send my review”, the prepared message (car, dates, delivery place, extras, name, phone, review) opens in WhatsApp and is only sent to us if you send it.
We use this information to answer your request, confirm availability and prepare your rental. When the car is handed over, the details needed for the contract (ID, driving licence) are written on the rental contract.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google) to count visits, see where they come from and which buttons are used, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to record page navigation anonymously and produce click maps. Clarity masks text typed into form fields.
With your consent, we also use Google Ads and the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) to measure requests sent from our ads and to show our ads to people who visited the site.
If you decline, Clarity and the Meta pixel are not loaded and Google Analytics does not use cookies; Google may only receive anonymous signals without an identifier.

Preferences stored in your browser
The site keeps your currency (EUR or MAD) and your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage). This information is not sent to us.
Recipients and transfers
Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google, Microsoft and Meta, and WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp (Meta). These services may process data outside Morocco under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Google Analytics: 14 months maximum. Microsoft Clarity: 30 days for session recordings. WhatsApp conversations: as long as needed to handle your rental.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, for European Union residents, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing by writing to rentcarspickdrop@gmail.com.
You can also complain to the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) or to the data protection authority in your country.
